Cepes

I don't shop with lists anymore. On market day I like to create menus from the best seasonal local produce. I never know what I will find.

This week Marinette had a tiny space to sell her boxes of cepes and girolles, picked by her husband Renée in the forest that morning.

She was next to the organic egg lady;


So lunch was a delicious cepe omelette.


What could be simpler?
