Shortly after a conversation about it being a year since I was rushed into hospital Mr F became seriously ill and history repeated itself.
So, after several sleepless nights and a long day in the "Urgences" I left him in safe hands and returned home to my rather bemused guests who had been let into the house by the baker's wife!
He is home now, but will need lots of rest and TLC for a while.
My neighbours were fantastic and made life a lot easier. Their overwhelming kindness made me quite emotional.
I've caught up with some much needed sleep now & hopefully I can get back to normal very soon.
I'm not mentioning this next year, I don't want to tempt fate and make it an annual event.
