My post was very very late and finally arrived with a confession from the post lady. The huge sack of lavender I had ordered smelt so good that she drove round with it in her van all morning!
I buy 10 kilo sacks from a grower in Provence. I store all my linens with it and all my Ebay linen sales are packed with a lavender sachet.
The delicious perfume has filled the house and I have spent a peaceful afternoon on the terrace in the Autumn sunshine, filling lavender bags.
